[Case Study] Achieving refrigerated transport at temperatures below 10°C with a non-refrigerated vehicle.
Place one large softbox on the sliding door section and one on the rear door!
This time, the long-established ham manufacturer that adopted our refrigerated box was planning to use an insulated Hiace for deliveries to nearby stores and other locations. However, the insulation performance of the Hiace alone made it difficult to maintain a temperature below 10°C, and they were considering additional refrigeration methods. Therefore, we conducted a hearing to determine the necessary size of the refrigerated space and the duration for which the temperature must be kept below 10°C. Based on this information, we simulated the appropriate combination of insulation performance and refrigerants, and proposed a custom-made dedicated refrigerated box, which they adopted.
