"alliveⓇPEEKcoat" is a high-performance coating made by dispersing a special super engineering plastic resin called PEEK in water/solvent. After being sprayed, it forms a film by firing at approximately 380-400°C (substrate temperature). This resin, which possesses excellent mechanical properties such as heat resistance, chemical resistance, wear resistance, and low friction, can be applied to metals and other materials, making it widely used in industries ranging from machinery to food, medical, and aerospace.
