Insulation box for quality preservation! A case where defective products due to deformation of the product no longer occurred.
We would like to introduce a case where we produced an insulated box at the request of a precision machinery manufacturer. When transporting parts of precision machinery to a different factory, we traditionally used cardboard boxes. However, due to the influence of ambient temperature during transportation, the products became deformed, resulting in a significant number of defective items. We proposed the use of an insulated box in combination with thermal storage materials for transportation. As a result, there were no defective items caused by product deformation, and the client was very satisfied.
