At Wakon, we provide solutions for each temperature range!
There are points to consider regarding transportation in the food service industry. 1. Frozen cargo (must be kept below -18°C: e.g., ice cream) 2. Frozen cargo (cargo that is acceptable as long as it does not melt) 3. Partial cargo (around 0°C) 4. Refrigerated cargo (below 10°C) 5. Ambient cargo (approximately 15°C to 25°C: e.g., rice, bento, side dishes) 6. Ambient cargo (any temperature is acceptable) Generally, since the transportation vehicles for the food service industry are refrigerated trucks, I believe that categories 4 and 6 above are transported without issues. However, for the other temperature ranges, the only options are to use a two-compartment vehicle or to use refrigerated and insulated boxes. *For more detailed information, you can view the related links.
