In the secondary processing of resin molded products, the printing process may involve multiple layers of printing. If inspection is conducted after all printing processes are completed, it becomes difficult to determine at which stage the defects occurred. Additionally, since time has passed since the printing was done, if there is an issue in the printing process, the response may be delayed, potentially leading to an increase in defects during that time. Therefore, by conducting automatic inspections immediately after each printing stage is completed, it becomes possible to promptly identify which printing process caused the defects, allowing for improvements in the process. Furthermore, by capturing images in environments tailored to each stage immediately after printing, it is possible to reliably detect defects. Our system can accommodate this by installing multiple cameras in a single inspection system.
