High-precision thick material press processing is possible! Achieving thick material pressing, which was considered difficult, with our unique technology!
Generally, when the thickness is 1.0 mm or more, in the case of press processing using Thomson or Pinnacle types, it is often processed using molds due to reasons such as instability of shape. However, using molds incurs high initial costs. Additionally, there are disadvantages such as the tendency for burrs and edges to appear in mold-based press processing. Therefore, our company has achieved high-precision press processing while keeping initial costs low through our unique technology! *For more details, please download the catalog or contact us directly.
