We would like to introduce a case where we replaced wedge sound-absorbing materials from another company with new ones. We received a request from a customer to replace the wedge sound-absorbing materials with new ones due to noticeable deterioration and shape changes caused by contact with workers. We proposed an optimization and solution. Although it involved a special construction method using adhesive and thin plates, we were able to perform a cleaner replacement using a similar construction method.
