【Instructions】 ■ Remove fatigue metal from the welding surface and any residual welding metal (previous hardened layers), as well as grease, dirt, and scale. ■ When the build-up area is large, preheating with a burner or similar tool can ensure stable welding. ■ Use AC or DC reverse polarity. ■ Maintain a moderate arc length, tilt the electrode 45° in the direction of travel, and perform wide weaving as needed.
