Lee's check valves are available in a variety of configurations for virtually any aerospace application. You can choose from ball or poppet sealing elements, axial or side outlet flow paths, metal, polymer, or elastomer seats, and insert or cartridge bodies. These options allow for optimization of the design to accommodate various flow rates, packaging requirements, pressure differentials, and allowable leakage.

- Ball-Style Our most economical design uses a ball in the valve body. Axial style: Designed for 3000 psi systems. Side exit: The ball can move outside the flow path, improving flow rate and silt resistance in the range of Φ0.093 to 0.343 inches. HFS: Offers up to 3 times the flow rate of Axial and a pressure rating of 5000 psi. - High Flow Uses a poppet in the valve body. Lo-Lohm: Provides 3.5 times more flow than the ball-type Axial of the same diameter. Hi-Q: Offers the maximum flow rate for valves of the same size. High Pressure: Ultra-compact with a diameter of 0.125 inches and pressure resistance of 8000 psi. - Zero Leak Poppet valve body type available with two different elastomers to choose from. - Extreme Environment Made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, suitable for operation at pressures up to 15,000 psi and temperatures up to 400°F. - Pilot-Operated Applying pressure to the pilot port allows flow in a direction that is normally blocked.
