In fact, our Hi-Bar-Screen is the first invention of laser-drilled screen technology that provides the industry with a robust, cost-effective design capable of withstanding burst pressures of up to 7500 psid. More than 50% of the filters we manufacture are custom-made, far exceeding our standard product line. This includes, for example, drill hole sizes ranging from 25 microns to 1500 microns, a diverse range of materials, higher burst pressures, or unique envelopes optimized for lower resistance, custom mounting, or integrated bypass mechanisms.

It eliminates welding and brazing with ultra-high strength and can be manufactured for a wide range of applications. Maximum pressure resistance with all holes blocked is 7500 psid. Wide variety of mounting methods/materials. Hole diameter: 25 to 500 microns ・Etched Features an economical design incorporating radial or circular convolutions that significantly improve the contamination resistance of the screen. Hole diameter: 75 to 500 microns ・Strainers Offers coarse level filtration with a compact and thin design. Hole diameter: 965 and 1575 microns ・Low Micron Wire Mesh Extremely robust considering its precise filtration capabilities. It incorporates sturdy, calendared, and sintered 316L stainless steel wire mesh woven to achieve maximum strength. Features a design that includes radial spirals that significantly enhance the screen's contamination retention capability. Hole diameter: 10 and 20 microns
