The "Thermo Scientific KingFisher PlasmidPro Maxi Processor" is a device that automates the purification of Maxi-scale plasmid DNA, eliminating the labor-intensive steps of centrifugation and pipetting. By simply placing 150 mL of E. coli culture (LB medium) into the cartridge, it enables the purification of endotoxin-free plasmid DNA (<0.1 EU/µg) within 75 minutes.
