Materials used for thin-walled welded pipes, such as those represented by injection needles, require not only stable weldability but also good drawability. Our company offers a steel grade based on the chemical composition of SUS304, which improves both weldability and drawability. Additionally, components that comply with the cobalt regulation (Co: below 0.1%) of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) enacted in May 2021 are also available.
