NK-301ZF is a spring material that achieves high strength and excellent workability while being within the chemical composition range of SUS301 (JIS). It has even higher strength than standard SUS301 and achieves high durability by suppressing non-metallic inclusions in the steel. Additionally, by optimizing the rolling conditions, it exhibits greater ductility than standard SUS301 spring materials, resulting in superior workability.

Materials used for thin-walled welded pipes, such as those represented by injection needles, require not only stable weldability but also good drawability. Our company offers a steel grade based on the chemical composition of SUS304, which improves both weldability and drawability. Additionally, components that comply with the cobalt regulation (Co: below 0.1%) of the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) enacted in May 2021 are also available.

In recent years, electronic devices represented by smartphones and game consoles have shown significant miniaturization and low-profile designs. Until now, measures to avoid short circuits have involved using insulating tape or composites with resin at points where conductive parts are touched, but this has hindered cost reduction and miniaturization. Against this backdrop, our company has uniquely developed a pre-coated FI finish with an inorganic film (approximately 1μm thick) that has insulating resistance on a stainless steel surface. The FI finish does not require surface treatment in post-processing, making it a space-saving product that contributes to our customers' process simplification, productivity improvement, and cost reduction.

1. Natural coloring Unlike coloring with dyes or pigments, fading due to ultraviolet rays does not occur at all. Weather resistance is also good. 2. Transparent film Since the coloring is due to a thin transparent oxide film, a color tone that utilizes the metallic feel of stainless steel can be achieved. 3. Corrosion resistance and wear resistance The surface is treated with a special hard film process (hardening), providing excellent corrosion and wear resistance. 4. Workability Because the coloring is due to a thin oxide film, adhesion is good, allowing for bending and light pressing processes. 5. Heat resistance Discoloration is not observed up to 300°C in the atmosphere. 6. Environmental impact Since no dyes or pigments are used, the contained substances are the same as those in general stainless steel, allowing for similar recycling.

The "GT Series" is a directional ultra-thin electromagnetic steel strip with excellent magnetic properties in the high frequency range (400 to 10 kHz). With a thickness of less than 0.12 mm, it can effectively minimize energy loss due to eddy currents. The insulation coating is uniform and extremely thin, approximately 1 μm, allowing for an increased stacking rate. The reduction of eddy currents suppresses heat generation, making it effective for items that require thermal management.
