The Donaldson PTFE capsule filter, developed for sterile filtration of air/gas in manufacturing processes with strict standards such as food and beverage, biopharmaceuticals, and healthcare applications, removes microorganisms and fine particles. - Manufactured in an ISO-certified cleanroom The quality and consistency of the product are managed through ISO 9001 certified quality control and manufacturing procedures, applied at all stages of production. - Each element is individually tested for 100% integrity. - The sterilized PTFE capsule filter eliminates the need for cleaning between batches, reducing the risk of cross-contamination. - Large filtration area, high flow rate, chemically inert. - Complies with EU and US requirements for food contact applications based on EC Regulation No. 1935/2004 and FDA Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 21. - Each element comes with a Certificate of Quality (COQ).
