We would like to introduce our "Production System and Quality Assurance System." 【Production System and Quality Assurance System】 Watson products are used for testing biological substances such as DNA in life science research, so we have established clean rooms in our factories to prevent contamination from factory workers. Our top priority is to deliver high-quality products consistently, and we have automated most of our production lines to maintain a high level of cleanliness. To manufacture RNase-free, DNase-free, and Human-DNA-free products, our molding machines are located in clean rooms maintained at a high cleanliness level of Class 100,000. Access to the clean rooms is strictly controlled and only trained staff are allowed entry. Our second factory has additional Class 10,000 rooms, enabling production at an even higher standard.
