We would like to introduce a case of reconditioning a used battery that was at a level where SOC measurement was not possible. Even after about two hours of processing, the situation was SOC 0%, SOH 2%, and internal resistance 39.36 mΩ. The age of the battery is unknown, but based on its appearance, it has clearly been used for a significant distance and time, and the measurement values indicated considerable degradation. We spent four days to achieve a complete 100% for both SOH and SOC, and the battery was successfully reconditioned, with the CCA also exceeding the specified value.
