We would like to introduce the gas flow sensor we handle, the 'SFM3013-300-CLM'. The full-scale flow rate is -30 to 300 slm, with a standard accuracy of ±2% m.v. Calibration is done with Air, O2, HeOx, and mixtures thereof. Additionally, the sensor output is Flow and T, and the maximum operating pressure is 1.3 bar.
