The "SFM3003-300-CE" is a flow meter capable of measuring the flow of air, oxygen, and gases mixed with these at flow rates ranging from -30 to 300 slm with excellent accuracy, reliability, and long-term stability. It features a digital I2C interface for easy integration, with no need for recalibration. The signal is linearized internally and temperature compensated. Additionally, it has very low pressure loss, ultra-fast response time, and an excellent S/N ratio.
