Aqua's plasma electrode adopts a "dielectric barrier discharge" method, which prevents arc discharge by installing dielectric insulation on one or both sides of the metal electrode plate, and utilizes the phenomenon where electrons are widely dispersed across the entire electrode by applying high voltage AC. The applications of atmospheric pressure plasma are still largely unknown, and this device is part of that unexplored field.
