The specifications include "Standard Series," "High-Function Series," and "Special Specification Series." Here, we will introduce the features of the specifications that fall under the "High-Function Series." ● Antibacterial and Mold-Resistant Specification (MWS) Antibacterial agents are blended into the material. It has antibacterial effects against E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Lactobacillus, as well as mold prevention effects against blue mold. The functionality persists even if the surface is worn. It exhibits excellent low friction and abrasion resistance. It reduces slipperiness caused by moisture retention. ● Metal Detection Specification (MPD・MPW) MPD is suitable for dry conditions, while MPW can be used in both dry and wet conditions. The material is designed to minimize the scattering of fragments even when subjected to impact, and in the unlikely event that a fragment chips off and contaminates the product, it can be detected by a metal detector. ● Medium Friction Specification (MF) This specification uses a medium friction material suitable for inclined transport. It prevents misalignment of transported items due to the starting and stopping of the conveyor, as well as slipping during acceleration, allowing for stable transport. ● Acid-Resistant Specification (AR) Compared to standard specifications and low friction/abrasion-resistant (LF) specifications, it has superior corrosion resistance. It is suitable for corrosion prevention measures such as soap water containing sodium hypochlorite. ● UV Resistance Specification (UVR) It has excellent resistance to UV degradation (discoloration and strength reduction). It is suitable for outdoor transport.
