This introduces the specifications that fall under the "Special Specifications Series" among the "Standard Series," "High-Performance Series," and "Special Specifications Series." ● Heat-Resistant, Radiation-Resistant, and Vacuum-Resistant Specifications (PK150) This material demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals and the highest level of radiation resistance among thermoplastic resins. It uses materials certified by the FDA (U.S. Food and Drug Administration). It generates minimal outgassing in a vacuum. It can be used in high-temperature environments and in chemical specifications for cleaning and sterilization, making it suitable for heating and filling lines in the food and beverage industry. (The applicable chain type is only WT0405-W.) ● Low-Temperature and Chemical-Resistant Specifications (UPE) While standard chain specifications can be used at ambient temperatures down to -20°C, this can be used in low-temperature environments down to -70°C. It has very high impact resistance and is less likely to chip, making it effective for preventing foreign material contamination. It is suitable for transporting frozen goods and food products. Compared to polyacetal resin chains, it has 13 times the impact resistance at room temperature and 26 times at low temperatures. It has high wear resistance, with wear at room temperature reduced by 80% compared to polyacetal resin chains. It also demonstrates excellent corrosion resistance to chemicals. (The applicable chain type is only RSP80.)
