The "SFM3200-AW" is a mass flow meter characterized by a wide dynamic range of 250 slm and high accuracy, especially at low flow rates. Thanks to the special mechanical design of the flow channel, the pressure loss in the sensor section is very low, making it suitable for ventilators and other respiratory-related applications.
