The ultra-hard three-flute flat drill 'FB 200 U' can be used on flat surfaces without the need for pre-drilling or reducing feed rates, significantly shortening processing time. Compared to two-flute flat drills, it can apply cutting conditions up to 50% higher. It reduces processing costs as no pre-processing is required even for inclined surfaces. The 3xD type can perform spot hole drilling on inclined surfaces and curved surfaces up to 45°. It also achieves higher dimensional accuracy and better roundness for hole quality.
