[Case Study of Electronic Contract Service] Kitakyushu City Hall

We recommend the introduction of electronic contracts by businesses themselves and promote digital transformation (DX) throughout the entire Kitakyushu City area.

As part of the DX promotion plan in Kitakyushu City, we would like to introduce a case where a "business operator-led" electronic contract was implemented. Initially, the number of notifications was low, and it felt like we were observing the situation of other companies. However, by setting electronic contracts as a scoring item in the comprehensive evaluation of open competitive bidding, the number of notifications from construction companies and other businesses surged. Since the businesses are contracting electronic contract services, inquiries regarding implementation support are handled directly by the service providers. There are almost no inquiries to the city regarding electronic contracts, allowing for operations without placing a burden on staff.
