[Case Study on Electronic Contract Service] Fujita Corporation

We would like to introduce a case where Fujita Corporation, which engages in construction contracting, planning, design, supervision, and consulting services, has implemented the electronic contract service "WAN-Sign." The background for the implementation was the opinion that if we could digitize the contract documents, which involve a lot of exchanges on a daily basis, employees who were coming to the office for document stamping and shipping tasks could transition to telework. This led to our efforts in digitizing contract documents. Currently, about one-third of the contracts that have been digitized are individual contracts for worker dispatch.
