Ultra-Micro Volume Dispensing High-Precision Micro Dispenser The preeflow® eco-PEN300 is suitable for a wide range of liquid agents with low to high viscosity and can dispense ultra-micro volumes as small as 0.001 ml with high precision. The liquid dispensing section consists of a rotor and a stator, allowing for continuous and high-precision volumetric transfer while maintaining high airtightness without affecting the properties of the liquid agent. - Minimum dispensing volume: 0.001 ml, dispensing flow rate: 0.12 to 1.48 ml/min - Achieves ±1% dispensing accuracy with volumetric transfer (1 rotation 360°) - Enables stable continuous dispensing without pulsation - Excellent liquid cut-off due to the suck-back function - Material viscosity: low viscosity, medium viscosity, high viscosity, ultra-high viscosity - Application shapes: line application, dot application, surface application - Operation methods: semi-automatic, automatic - Dispensing volume: small, medium, large
