We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the production management system "SmartF" at a metal parts manufacturing company in the metal processing industry. The company was unable to grasp the progress of production in real-time, leading to a situation where five sales representatives had to make daily inquiries to the production management department. As a result of the implementation, by registering work for each process in SmartF and visualizing progress, they were able to reduce labor hours by approximately 8 hours per month and about 100 hours annually.
