This is the process of welding lead wires to caps made of iron and brass. We have production experience with cap inner diameters ranging from 0.99mm to 8.88mm and lead wire diameters from 0.4mm to 1.2mm. We also perform welding for large-diameter caps with inner diameters up to 31.7mm and special-shaped terminals. There may be possibilities for sizes other than those mentioned above, so please feel free to contact us.
