The latest Core Ultra 200, utilizing TSMC's advanced 3nm photolithography, raises the CPU clock rate and offers up to 24 cores/24 threads, incorporating a neural processing unit (NPU) for AI acceleration. As a result, it achieves a 1.2 times improvement in CPU performance compared to previous generations and delivers up to 36 TOPS of AI computing performance. With support for DDR5-6400 memory and PCIe Gen5, it significantly enhances computational performance, optimizing various industrial applications.
