What I changed first when I became the representative was the importance of "valuing people," improving the internal environment, and cherishing the joy and pride of manufacturing, which is about creating people. It is essential to sincerely engage with all employees and business partners. As the world becomes increasingly convenient and meetings can be held online, the opportunities for "people" to sit down and talk face-to-face have decreased. While some may find this beneficial, I personally prefer to meet and talk in person whenever possible.
