The "HR-6204" is a wear resistance testing machine according to JIS S2010:2013 branch number: 8.3.4.5. To confirm the wear resistance of fluororesin coatings, the turner is operated for 3000 cycles at a speed of 40 times per minute, after which the condition of the coating surface is visually observed. This machine is used to check for the presence of exposed aluminum substrate.
