basic information
**Lecture Overview** The future energy system must overcome complex challenges that are intertwined, among which water electrolysis and green hydrogen are gaining attention as key elements in the CN era. On the other hand, there are still challenges remaining in both technological and institutional aspects for their widespread adoption, and our country is also required to develop a highly effective strategy that connects the future with the present. This lecture will provide an overview of the latest trends in water electrolysis technology and markets, reflecting various developments since the previous lecture in 2024, and will introduce the challenges and prospects for widespread adoption. However, I believe that the points raised in the previous lecture still contain universal content. The lecture will focus on both the "things that change" and the "things that remain unchanged." **Lecture Topics** ■ Hydrogen in the Era of Green Transformation (GX) ■ Competition for Leadership in Potential Markets - Water Electrolysis Industry Strategies of Other Countries - ■ Resource Risks and Next-Generation Technologies - R&D Strategies of Other Countries - ■ Summary – Implications for Japan - ■ Related Q&A ■ Business Card and Information Exchange Session
