**Lecture Overview** The distribution department of Kyushu Electric Power is responsible for the "construction," "operation," and "maintenance" of power facilities with a system voltage of 22kV or lower in the Kyushu area, striving to ensure stable power supply and maintain quality. In this department, in order to address various challenges such as the expansion of renewable energy centered on solar power and the decrease and aging of the labor population, we have formulated a forward-looking "Distribution Department Technology Development Vision" and are working together as a company to realize it.
