This document presents guidelines for smoothly integrating the Thermo Scientific Vanquish HPLC/UHPLC system with Waters Corporation's Empower 3 Chromatography Data System (CDS), along with case studies from Contract Development and Manufacturing Organizations (CDMOs). By introducing a new LC system, we were able to significantly reduce system suitability failures (SSF), extend column life, and improve operational efficiency in a cGMP environment.
