However, the new DX service "Safety-board" enhances the safety and efficiency of inlet management operations. 1. Main tasks in "Oxygen Deficiency Hazard Areas" - Scale removal (removal of deposits such as calcium inside drums and heat exchangers) - Inspection of corrosion and wear (inspection of steel plates and pipes deteriorated by oxygen and salt) - Interior lining repairs (chemical resistance reinforcement work for tanks exposed to acid and alkaline agents) - Cleaning operations (removal of sludge and sediments) - Leak and vapor point confirmation (water pressure and air pressure tests at seal and weld areas) - Chemical injection and replacement operations (chemical cleaning and passivation treatment) - UT thickness measurement - Inspection of internal piping and tank bottom drains, etc. 2.
