We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the production management system "SmartF" at Company A, a cosmetics manufacturer. The company faced the challenge of having to check each order slip individually every time they needed to understand the delivery dates of raw materials, which placed a significant burden on the staff and led to a reliance on specific individuals.
