Janome's servo press "Clean Room Specification" maintains performance while being usable in clean room environments. ■ This servo press is suitable for the assembly process of fine components in medical devices such as endoscopes and catheters. It achieves stable press-in quality through high-precision position control and load control. By using dedicated PC software, data collection and accumulation of pressurization results are possible, and it also supports traceability management based on OK/NG judgments. Additionally, by integrating with a barcode reader, quality management can be performed on a serial number basis. ■ The pressurization unit offers a wide range of lineup with maximum pressurization forces from 0.5 kN to 50 kN. It supports various external interfaces such as I/O, RS-232C, and fieldbus (optional), making it easy to integrate with PLCs and other systems.
