We would like to introduce examples of high design application, adhesion and durability enhancement, and special function application through coating on magnesium materials at our company. For supplied magnesium castings and pressings, we can perform magnesium-specific chemical treatment (outline) and then carry out a consistent painting process with a 3-coat, 3-bake robot painting system (three coats with forced drying in between) all within the same factory. We have received feedback such as, "We appreciate that you can handle consistent production (chemical treatment + painting) within one factory, with high production capacity and the ability to respond to sudden short delivery times."
