This is an innovative high-speed dimensional measurement device that achieves ten times the measurement efficiency compared to conventional methods. It can simultaneously measure over 100 dimensions in just 2 to 3 seconds. Measuring the contour dimensions and shape tolerances of the workpiece is as simple as placing it freely on the stage and lightly pressing a button to obtain all measurement results. It can automatically output reports, and customization of formats is also supported; it is equipped with a network communication interface, allowing for smooth integration with quality management systems. The RS vertical series is ideal for high-speed measurement of flat dimensions for products within 200mm. The lighting system has been upgraded, further enhancing the detection performance of surface dimensions. The RSW horizontal series is optimal for high-speed measurement of shaft-type products within 150mm. It can simultaneously measure various dimensions such as diameter, length, angle, pitch, and R radius. The RST vertical-horizontal integrated model is designed for products that require simultaneous measurement of flat dimensions and height dimensions, allowing for one-touch acquisition of 3D dimensions. The RS40300 special model: a combined type of RS and RSW; it supports high-precision measurement of large products.
