The Kubex5 series SZLH is a multipurpose gear-driven pellet mill characterized by high efficiency and long lifespan. The surfaces in contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel, and the machine structure design facilitates easy transportation, installation, cleaning, and maintenance. It evenly distributes raw materials across the entire die width, achieving stable shape and quality, while a magnetic strength iron removal plate with a maximum of 3000Gs removes iron powder. The newly released multifunctional version of the same series, AHCX, is optimized for pig and poultry feed production, achieving greater processing capacity. It is equipped with automatic control features such as gap adjustment to prevent roll clogging and slippage, and monitoring of roll speed. Additionally, the integrated design of the die ring and reinforcement ring allows for reduced time and cost for die replacement.
