We propose to streamline and reduce labor in data processing with the in-hospital logistics management system (SPD)! Cards will be read collectively using a slip processing machine!

The in-hospital logistics management system (SPD) is utilized for inputting consumption performance data of medical consumables. Items collected after issuance are read in bulk as consumption data using the item cards (SPD cards). A sheet reader is a device that efficiently processes documents by reading slips or forms printed with barcodes or QR codes in bulk. It is a device that can automatically read barcodes and QR codes, read images of forms, stamp inspection marks and date stamps (the AX300 only has a fixed completion stamp), send data to a PC, and save the read data all at once. Equipped with a sorting mechanism for OK and NG, it can sort out forms that could not be read due to printing defects or duplicate transports. Up to two types of reading locations can be selected, and with the CIS scanner, area specification for reading locations is possible! This eliminates the need for manual input on a PC or registration work for each individual document using a handheld scanner, allowing for accurate and significantly reduced work time!
