A simple workflow for the creation, purification, and analysis of protein-nucleic acid conjugates.
In recent years, protein-nucleic acid conjugates have been utilized in many applications, such as proximity ligation assays, immuno-PCR, DNA PAINT, CITE-Seq, and SwitchSENSE biosensors. There are commercially available kits for conjugating oligonucleotides and proteins, but many of them are costly or do not yield sufficiently pure conjugates. ProFIRE is a conjugate purification system optimized for the preparation, purification, and analysis of such protein-nucleic acid conjugates. High-quality conjugate purification can be achieved with simple operations. A dedicated conjugation creation kit is also provided.
