There was a challenge that creating production plans inevitably took a lot of time. Therefore, we introduced automation of production planning with the aim of creating more accurate and efficient schedules. This time, we are utilizing a method called "stacking and unstacking." This method considers the workload for each process and the factory's production capacity, optimally distributing work over periods based on production volume and delivery dates.
