Through a consistent system centered on CNC lathe processing of bar materials and inventory management via automated warehouses, we strive to achieve low prices, high quality, and short delivery times for a wide variety of small-lot products. Areas of Expertise We are capable of automatic processing of bar materials with diameters from Φ3 to Φ45. We have experience in mass production of relatively large sizes ranging from Φ20 to Φ35 (hexagonal materials are acceptable). For fine automotive intake control shafts (Φ6×450), we have established a comprehensive system from processing to assembly and distortion correction, receiving high praise.
