0711 Prevention of bridging in the gypsum board crushing hopper

A case where the customer conducted tests with a dummy hopper, and the test results were favorable, leading to its implementation.

We received an inquiry from a customer stating, "A bridge has occurred in the recycling equipment, and I would like to try a BroaDisk." Here, we introduce a case that led to the implementation. The target materials were crushed gypsum powder and gypsum board paper, which exhibited significant variability in the properties of the contents, and there were situations where hammering did not improve the condition at all. We proposed the model, layout, and control plan, and the customer conducted tests using a dummy hopper. Since the test results were favorable, they decided to proceed with the implementation.
