[Information] Introduction of Achievements of Third-Party Maintenance Service "Tsunagi Maintenance" for Medical Institutions

Support for the long-term use (maintenance extension) of IT equipment such as departmental systems like electronic medical records and medical accounting, as well as client PCs.

This document introduces the achievements of our service "Tsunagi Maintenance," which has been implemented in facilities ranging from unlicensed clinics to university hospitals with over 1,000 beds. We cover five cases, including "wanting to synchronize replacement timing," "wanting to continue using the system," and "providing thorough maintenance for client PCs." As a maintenance provider that extends the maintenance period for IT equipment such as electronic medical records, medical accounting systems, measurement devices, various measurement systems for pharmaceuticals and testing, data infrastructure, and in-hospital LAN network devices, we support the long-term use of these systems.
