The "CT7117" is a high-precision digital temperature sensor with an accuracy of ±0.1℃. Temperature data can be read directly via a digital interface compatible with SMBus and I2C through an MCU, Bluetooth chip, or SoC chip. The CT7117 supports I2C communication speeds of up to 3.0MHz. Each chip is calibrated at the factory before shipment within a range of 20℃ to 50℃, ensuring an accuracy of up to ±0.1℃, so there is no need for recalibration. This chip includes a high-precision bandgap circuit, a 16-bit A/D converter (with a resolution of 0.0078125℃), a calibration unit (with non-volatile memory), and a digital interface block.
