The "CHT8336A" is an analog output type temperature and humidity sensor IC with a humidity accuracy of ±2.0% RH and a temperature accuracy of ±0.2°C. It supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V, enabling low power consumption and high-precision measurements. Humidity and temperature data are directly output from different IO pins. Individual temperature and humidity calibration is performed at the factory before shipment, eliminating the need for readjustment. It incorporates a high-precision bandgap circuit, an A/D converter, a calibration circuit with non-volatile memory, and two DAC outputs. The package uses DFN2x2-4.
