The OWC Express 4M2 (hereinafter referred to as this product) is an external case for M.2 PCI Express SSDs that supports Thunderbolt 3 connectivity. With a compact body measuring 136mm in width, 113mm in depth, and 60mm in height (when placed horizontally), it can accommodate up to four M.2 PCI Express SSDs. Together with the Thunderbolt 3 port, which allows for high-speed data transfer of up to 40Gbps (theoretical maximum), it enables the creation of a fast, large-capacity, and compact storage environment. In a striped (RAID 0) configuration with four SSDs, it achieves high read and write performance exceeding 2500MB/s (*), making it an ideal product for building storage environments for editing and storing 4K digital video.
