NOXLUB AU 0710 aluminum corrosion prevention grease is a product that prevents crevice corrosion by filling small gaps when applied to fitting parts. It is also highly water-resistant, resulting in minimal grease leakage due to water. It can be used in housings for ECUs, inverters, converters, connection points with aluminum housings, and other areas where aluminum is joined together. In addition to NOXLUB AU 0710, we also offer KLÜBERGREASE LFT 71-402, another aluminum corrosion prevention grease, to ensure compatibility with rubber materials.

<Test Method: Our Company Method Saltwater Immersion Test> 1. Apply grease to the aluminum test piece (ADC12 material) and cover it with a cover glass. 2. Remove any excess grease, place the test piece in a petri dish, and place a glass for fixing and a weight on top. 3. Immerse the test piece in 5% saltwater, leave it at 80°C for 20 hours, and then remove it. 4. Wipe off the grease and evaluate the rust resistance based on the number of rusted areas when the coated surface is divided into 100 squares. *If there is any rust in a square, it is counted as rust occurrence.
